KG announced that the pre-specified subgroup analysis of patients with high levels of blood eosinophils was published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (Krug et al., 2017). Recent studies indicate that elevated levels of blood eosinophils could be indicative of a predominately Th2-driven immune response. Since SB010 inhibits GATA-3, the master transcription factor of the Th2 pathway, relative blood eosinophils were pre-selected as the main subgroup parameter for further analysis. Click here to read the paper.
