91st Annual Meeting of the German Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology and 10th German Pharm-Tox Summit

We are delighted that this year's conference is taking place in Hannover and that Fraunhofer ITEM is actively contributing with both toxicological and pharmacological topics.

Toxicology

As a member of the conference’s scientific committee, Stefan Hahn played a key role in shaping the program, particularly the pre-course on regulatory toxicology. In her role as a board member of the German Society for Toxicology and the working group on endocrine effects, Annette Bitsch contributed to the conception of the session "Cross-species extrapolation in endocrine disruption assessments". Christina Ziemann, as a member of the program committee, is involved in selecting oral presentations and poster contributions.

Pharmacology

An Advanced Course in Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology titled "Development of New Pharmaceuticals: From Bench to Bedside" will be moderated by Prof. Armin Braun, Head of Preclinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at Fraunhofer ITEM. The course will also take place at our premises at the CRC Hannover.
