Session 6 with Dr. Knut Rennert on September 29, 2022 within the series “Future predictive models – alternative methods to animal testing”

Dynamic42 (D42) is developing and marketing human organ and disease models. Although animal models are used as a standard to investigate infection and pathogenesis for humans they can lack significant meaningfulness for the human situation. Therefore, D42 has developed infection models of the human lung to enable a realistic analysis of infection/pathogenesis and its treatment in human in cooperation with partners.

In this session, Dr. Knut Rennert, CEO of Dynamic42, will present data for viral, bacterial and fungal infection of the D42 lung model.
