Meeting of the European Parliament Intergroup on the welfare and conservation of animals

In its meeting in Strasbourg, France, on October 20, 2022, the “European Parliament Intergroup on the welfare and conservation of animals” will discuss a revision of the EU chemicals legislation as a step towards non-animal testing in regulatory toxicology. Given her experience in the development of a roadmap for action to implement new-approach methodologies in chemical risk assessment, Dr. Sylvia Escher has been invited to contribute an oral presentation to this meeting.
