The Zebra Fish Embryo Test evaluates developmental toxicity. ZET-O-MAP collected transcriptome and morphological data from the GEO inventory to develop predictive biomarkers. Time-resolved biomarkers were found for compounds with different modes of action and verified using read-across analogues.

N-Nitrosamines are potentially human carcinogens and occur a.o. as impurities in drugs. NAs were tested in Ames/comet assay and analyzed in BMD modelling to assess the structure-activity rules to establish CPCA thresholds. PBK modelling was used to determine the NA effect concentration in humans.
