Das Metabolom umfasst die Gesamtheit aller kleinen Moleküle, die in den verschiedenen Kompartimenten eines Organismus vorkommen.

Wir bieten standardisierte und quantitative Metabolomanalysen mit hohem Probendurchsatz mittels LC-MS/MS 

Wir sind ein von Biocrates® zertifiziertes Labor und bieten standardisierte Labor- und Kit-basierte Arbeitsabläufe. Der Kit-basierte Ansatz bietet folgende Vorteile:

  • Hohe Analytenabdeckung durch gezielte Bestimmung von mehr als 1000 Metaboliten aus zahlreichen biochemischen Substanzklassen pro Probe
  • Hoher Probendurchsatz, der die Analyse von mehr als 600 Proben innerhalb von 2 Wochen ermöglicht
  • Anwendbarkeit auf verschiedene Matrices wie Plasma, Serum, Urin, Stuhl und Gewebeproben von verschiedene Spezies wie Ratte, Maus, Mensch usw. 
  • Standardisierte Datenverarbeitung, wobei die Daten in einem editierbaren Excel-Format geliefert werden, was den Transfer für die Datenauswertung erleichtert

NMR-basierte Targeted Metabolomics

Wir bieten standardisierte NMR-basierte Metabolomanalysen unter Verwendung von Bruker IVDr-Analysepaketen (B.I.)

 

  • Vollständig quantitative Bestimmung von mehreren hundert Metaboliten aus diversen biochemischen Substanzklassen unter Verwendung von:
    • B.I.Quant-PS - Quantifizierungspaket für Humanplasma & -serum
    • B.I.LISA - Liboprotein-Subklassen-Analyse für Humanplasma & -serum 
    • B.I.Quant-UR ex - Erweiterte Quantifizierungsmethode für Humanurin
  • Anwendbarkeit auf verschiedene Körperflüssigkeiten wie Plasma, Serum, Urin, CSF und Methanolextrakte von Geweben usw. 
  • Zerstörungsfreie Probenanalyse mit hoher Reproduzierparkeit
